The proposed building is a dynamic and inviting entity enclosed by a transparent and permeable facade. The design is environmentally conscious and adapts to local conditions. Durability, longevity, ease of maintenance and economy are crucial features. A comfortable perimeter ring handles circulation and promotes collaboration and social connectivity. The surrounding views of trees are an active element of the interior experience. A generous floor height, movable partitions and a central storage facility achieve maximum flexibility and various scenarios of use. The landscape brings visitors in touch with nature and offers recreation, sports and wellbeing in a calming environment. Priority is given to pedestrians and vegetation. Tarmac is reduced to minimum and the parking is a pleasant green area. All types of access are blending in a safe and user friendly manner. Building and landscape work closely together and bring a fresh air to the local community with a centre for knowledge, improvement and wellbeing for years to come.
